Playwright Lisa Kron Recommends Theatre to Explore

MacDowell: We Are Here

MacDowell Fellow, board member, and Tony Award-winning playwright Lisa Kron (95, 14) has sent us a list of plays and playwrights she admires, and said while the list is incomplete, it nevertheless represents a variety of theatre worth discovering or rediscovering.

We provide links to script publishers, reviews, official sites, and in a few cases, video excerpts, behind-the-scenes peeks, and interviews with principals to aid in more discovery.
