Wyatt Williams’ work has been published by Bon Appetit, Oxford American, The Paris Review, The Collagist, Vice, and the Los Angeles Review of Books. He is a restaurant critic for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. At MacDowell, Williams completed several sections of a non-fiction book about meat. A story from the manuscript, National Burden, was published in the New York Times Magazine while he was in residence.
