Leigh Fondakowski is a playwright and director and member of Tectonic Theater Project. She was the head writer of The Laramie Project for both stage and film and worked on developing a play about 19th century actress Charlotte Cushman.

Given to the MacDowell Association by Margaret Adams of Chicago, the half-timbered, stuccoed Adams Studio was designed by MacDowell Fellow and architect F. Tolles Chamberlin ca. 1914.
