IMPORTANT! Before proceeding to the reference form, please be sure to review and take note of the following:

1. The MacDowell Colony reference form is a required part of the application process. We will not accept a generic or university reference in lieu of our standard form.
2. An original, completed, and signed copy of this reference form must be received at the Colony in Peterborough on or before the application deadline. Applications received without a current and complete reference form will not be reviewed.
3. We do not accept e-mailed references.
