On Friday, December 8, 2006, Bond Hall was decked with boughs of holly for the Annual Holiday Party.

More than 100 MacDowell board members, volunteers, friends, and staff socialized and enjoyed refreshments. Guests brought abundant donations of non-perishable foods for distribution through the Monadnock Area Food Bank. In lieu of a gift exchange, MacDowell staff chose to make a cash gift to the Secret Santa fund operated by the local Rotary Club.
