New Hampshire BenefitOn March 31, 2012, interdisciplinary artist and Colony Fellow Joseph Keckler wowed 120 guests with his performance at the eighth annual New Hampshire Benefit. The sold-out event also featured a video greeting from Brian Selznick, author of the Caldecott Medal-winning The Invention of Hugo Cabret, the source of the 2011 Oscar-winning film Hugo by Martin Scorsese. The evening began with a reception in Savidge Library, which was followed by a lively dinner in Bond Hall prepared by Colony chef Scott Tyle. The New Hampshire Benefit committee, co-chaired by Bob Larsen, Mollie Miller, Lisa Neville, and Jamie Trowbridge, organized the evening, which raised funds for MacDowell’s residency program.
