Annual Appeal
MacDowell’s Annual Appeal is sent each spring to the Colony’s friends, supporters, and artists. Annual contributions are directed entirely toward the support of the residency program at MacDowell, helping to provide Fellowships to artists of all disciplines. Gifts, large and small, made in response to the Annual Appeal help MacDowell provide artists working in all disciplines with uninterrupted time and an ideal place where they may concentrate on their work. Donors of $100 or more will receive a DVD of Seasons of MacDowell (2007), a quartet of short films by Colony Fellows Michael Almereyda, George Griffin, David Petersen, and Elisabeth Subrin that illuminate the magic of the MacDowell experience.
